$19/month. Everything in. Done.
One account. Every feature. Built for solo professionals who want their booking page to look like an extension of their brand.
What you actually get for $19.
Compared head-to-head with the entry-level solo plans on Calendly and Cal.com. We don't compete with team plans. If you need round-robin scheduling for 10 sales reps, Cal.com Teams is genuinely cheaper.
Built for solo professionals, not teams.
MintCal is $19/month per account. One person, one beautiful booking page, every feature included. If you run a sales team that needs round-robin scheduling across 10 reps, Cal.com Teams will be cheaper. That's not the customer I built this for.
I built this for the solo coach, consultant, designer, freelancer, or creator who wants their booking page to look like an extension of their brand, not a generic calendar widget with someone else's logo on it.
Compared to other solo plans:
- Calendly Standard: $12/user/mo annual. No smart routing (Teams, $16+). No branded emails (Enterprise, $15,000+/year). No page builder at any tier.
- Cal.com Free: 1 user, with a Cal.com wordmark in the footer of every booking page. No page builder at any tier. To remove the wordmark, you're on Teams at $12/user/month.
- MintCal: $19/month. Smart routing, branded emails, page builder, 10 payment providers. Your brand, end to end.
You pay $7-19/month more than the cheap solo competitors. You get features they sell at $15,000/year, and a page builder they don't sell at all.
Calendly and Cal.com pricing verified on their own pricing pages, May 2026. Annual billing rates shown.

Frequently asked questions
I'd love to. I'm a solo guy trying to build something genuinely good. Bootstrapped. No funding. If I could, I'd give you the jacket off my back. But I've got a wife, a 2-year-old, an almost-5-year-old, a Maine Coon, a Doberman, and about 8 fish (left) to feed. So instead of a crippled free tier that pushes you to upgrade, I do this: a 14-day full trial, no credit card, every feature unlocked. Two weeks of using everything. If it's not worth $19/month after that, walk away. No hard feelings. Fair?
Yes. Cancel from your Settings page. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
Never. 0% commission. Your payment provider charges their own fees, but MintCal takes nothing.
I built MintCal in Cape Town. SA salaries don't equal US salaries, so pricing parity is the right thing to do. And on the payments side, MintCal supports PayFast, Yoco, Peach Payments, and Paystack natively, so SA-registered businesses can charge for bookings in rand. Calendly and Cal.com only do Stripe and PayPal, and Stripe doesn't sign up SA businesses, which is most of why I built this.
Not for you. Anyone who starts a trial today is locked at $19/month for life. Future plans may cost more for new signups, but existing customers don't get repriced. That's a promise.
Calendly Standard is $12/user/month annual, but it's just calendar scheduling with a logo swap. No smart routing (that's Teams, $16/user/month). No fully branded emails (that's Enterprise, $15,000+/year). No page builder at any tier. MintCal at $19/month includes the page builder, smart routing, fully branded attendee emails, group polling, event page widgets, and 10 payment providers. These are features Calendly either gates behind enterprise pricing or doesn't sell at all. If you only need basic scheduling, Calendly Standard is cheaper by $7/month. If you want a booking page that looks like yours, MintCal is the only one in the price range that gives you that.
MintCal subscriptions are billed via DodoPayments, which accepts all major credit/debit cards globally.
Yes. Connect Google Calendar, Outlook, or both, anytime from Settings. MintCal checks all connected calendars for conflicts.
Migration tooling for Calendly, Cal.com, Acuity, and TidyCal is in active development (one-click import of event types, availability, upcoming bookings). Until that ships, the setup wizard takes most users 5 minutes flat. If you need help, email me directly: [email protected].
